Reservations or Modifications made thru Booking.com ( or affiliate sites), Hostelworld and Airbnb are subject to cancellation policies defined on the respective OTA website.

For all Refunds we do charge a 5% Transaction fee

All Reservations except groups of four or more and those who book the entire Hostel may receive a Full Refund if cancelled 2 days (48 hours) prior to their arrival date. Cancellation of your reservation made at 2 days or less before arrival date are not refundable.

Groups of four and more: Full Refund if cancelled 7 days (84 hours) prior to arrival date .50% refund if cancelled up to 2 days before arrival date. Cancellation of your reservation made at 2 days or less before arrival date are not refundable.

If you’ve reserved the entire Hostel: Full Refund if cancelled 3 months prior to arrival date. 50% refund if cancelled 1 month prior to arrival date. No Refund if cancelled less than 1 month before arrival date.

We do not offer a refund for cancelled flights, inclement weather or any other reason, no exceptions. Please plan accordingly and we look forward hosting you.

Private Rooms: The reservation is for 1-3 people. (Two different rooms)

Family/ Group Room: The reservation is for 1-4 people.

Dorm Rooms: The reservation is per person/bed, additional persons need to make a separate reservation. Please double-check if you booked a male or female dorm room. If you are a male that booked a female dorm we cannot guarantee your reservation.

Private Dorm Room: The private dorm room sleeps up to 8 People, there is no discount if your group is smaller than 8 people.

Entire Hostel: The Hostel sleeps up to 25 People, there is no discount if your group is smaller than 25 people. There is an extra charge for more than 25 people, please email us to make arrangements.

For all Reservations, will collect one-half of your total fee to hold your reservation and we collect the remainder the day of your arrival.

Whole Hostel bookings, will collect one-half of your total fee to hold your reservation and we collect the remainder 30 days prior to your stay.

We worked hard to create accomodations designed to support people who value adventure, affordability and community. The price you relies on your cooperation and consideration in living in a shared enviroment. Please note we are a Hostel and to maintain these prices, we do not provide room service. We expect our guest to:

-Always be respectful and kind to other people

-Clean up after yourself to provide it equally clean for the next user.

-Absolutely NO outside bedding (sheets, pillows, blankets, and sleeping bags) is allowed in the Hostel. Please use the sheets and blankets provided and make your own bed.

-Before you check out, please put your dirty sheets and towels in the bags in the hallway and fold the blankets and leave them on the bed.

We do not have regular front desk hours, but are available on site or via phone.

All of our rooms are non-smoking! If you choose to smoke in the room, you will be charged $200. Smoking is allowed by the firepit away from the building. Extinguish cigarette butts before disposal in the firepit!

Campfires are with Hostel Owner permission! Owner must be present during campfires. You will be asked to leave the property if you disregard this house rule. Please be aware of the fire danger in this area!

Hard drugs or obnoxious intoxication of any kind is not permitted. We reserve the right to remove problem guests from the premises (Please do not steal from us. We are a small business). There is a $100 fee for any missing room items, bedding, or towels. Take care of your room key. Missing keys are a $25 charge. Owner / Management is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen items.

We welcome children of all ages, children older than 2 years count as an additional person. Children must be attended by you, the parent or legal guardian, at all times. They cannot be left in the attendance of any of our staff or left unaccompanied anywhere in the building including your room.

All well behaved dogs are welcome in a private room only. (See dog rules below). There is a $15 charge per dog/night. NO dogs are allowed to stay in the dorm rooms.

Dogs, when approved, are $15/day.

Keep your dog on a leash at all times.

Please respect other guest possibly fear of dogs and any allergies. Talk to them first if they are ok with dogs before you introduce them to your dog.

Dogs only (two pet maximum); Hostel manager may waive this rule on a case-by case basis.

Dogs need to be properly immunized, please bring proof of immunization.

Your dog must not be aggressive to other guests and pets.

Your Dog must be housebroken, clean and free of fleas and ticks.

Dogs are not allowed on any furniture.

Dog bedding must be clean and not used previously outside.

Your dogs are free to walk leashed on the property and in the Hostel. Please clean dog hair and dog waste immediately and dispose of in the dog poop station across the entrance stairs.

Please let me know if you need to leave your dog in the room and how long you will be absent. Your dog needs to be in a Kennel. Please provide a phone number in case of emergency.

Dogs are not allowed to stay alone in your vehicle at any time.

if your dog is aggressive towards other guests, we will cancel your reservation and ask you to leave the property immediately. No refund will be provided.
