COVID-19 (Corona Virus)

In an effort to follow state mandates and to protect the health of our guests, staff, and community, we are making changes to our services and we ask that you follow our guidelines closely.

The Cloudcroft Hostel will operate by the latest New Mexico State guideline. Masks are mandatory in all public areas.  

Our accommodations do not have private bathrooms and are not suitable for quarantine.

Guidelines:

1.Everyone must observe social distancing protocols and remain at least 6 feet (2 meters) away from other people who are not in their household party.

2.Absolutley NO, outside bedding (includes sleeping bags) or towels in the Hostel.

2.You must wear a mask or face covering while away from dorm beds or private rooms.

3.Please wash your hands well and often.

4.Disinfecting / Cleaner spray and hand sanitizer will be available in all the bathrooms and in the kitchen for you to use at will. Please wipe all surfaces you touch (Gym-style). Staff will also clean and disinfect surfaces daily.

5.Please wash your utensils and dishes and use the clean / disinfectant spray on all surfaces immediately after using the kitchen. You must wash your own dishes and leave them to air dry.

6.Individual Rooms and beds will be cleaned and disinfected after checkout.

7.Reservations are preferred, but walk-ins are accepted. Please call ahead if possible. We rent private rooms and shared dormitories.

9. Please respect our cleaning times from 11am - 2pm. Feel free to chill on the porch or by the firepit.
